Here, you can find information about our upcoming workshops! Workshops are often one off classes designed to focus on a single subject to help take your improv to the next level. Workshops range from beginner friendly, to very advanced! There is something here for everyone! So come hop in, have some fun, and learn something new!
In the upcoming months, we are happy to be working with the group RPG Improv to bring 2 workshops focusing on strong improv starts, and building stronger relationships in your improv! These are selling out quickly!
Dave Hill (Modern Family, Great News) is a 5-time Del Close Award-winning improv teacher and coach, and Matt Jones (Breaking Bad, Mom) toured Europe with Boom Chicago and taught corporate clients across the continent. They have been touring the country for over a decade and taught thousands of students (most recently in sold-out workshops as headliners of the Out Of Bounds comedy festival in Austin).
Dynamic Scene Starts
First choices on stage are often the most purely improvised moments of any scene. There is so much potential in the beginning of a scene and yet we don’t mine the gold of that moment nearly enough. In this workshop we will explore a series of dynamic methods for starting a scene that will give you both more tools and more freedom at the tops of your scenes.

Finding me to Find you
At the core of every scene that you do is a relationship. Finding each other and figuring out what makes that relationship tick is the work of each improviser. But to find each other we have to find our own character first. This workshop will give you the tools to make your relationships more solid and more discovered.
